Program Structure

BAScii program is designed to equip students with the essential technical, business, and transdisciplinary skills to drive innovation from concept to market. The curriculum offers a unique combination of core competencies, specializations, and hands-on projects.

With exposure to global citizenship, future literacies, and private-public partnerships, students are empowered to become leaders in driving technological advancements and sustainable development, both locally and globally.

BAScii Curriculum

The BAScii Curriculum 2024 was designed using the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) to create graduates who are well-rounded global citizens, primed for lifelong learning, and skills and literacies to adapt to future changes.

I. Core Competency:
Business and Technology

Develops essential skills in business and technology to navigate and lead in today's digital-driven economy.

II. Foundation Knowledge (STEAM)

Provides a strong foundation in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) for interdisciplinary problem- solving.

III. The 21st Century Skills

Equips students with critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication skills for thriving in modern, dynamic environments.

IV. Global Culture Awareness

Fosters an understanding of diverse cultures and global perspectives, essential for working in an interconnected world.

V. Future Literacy:
Artificial Intelligence (Al), Math, Finance, and Language

Prepares students for the future with literacy in AI, advanced mathematics, finance, and multilingual capabilities, driving success in complex, tech-driven fields.

Specializations

Specialization courses are available to students starting in Year 2, allowing them to choose courses each semester that best complement their project development and personal interests. This flexible selection process enables all BAScii students to customize their learning experience and tailor the program to their individual goals.

Health & Wellbeing

This specialization focuses on the development of innovative technologies and solutions to improve personal and public health. Through a multidisciplinary approach, students tackle challenges in healthcare, wellness, and mental health, leveraging research, technology, and business practices to enhance quality of life and promote well-being for individuals and communities.
